Emma is originally from Northern Virginia and now calls Boulder, Colorado home. She has been teaching yoga since earning her 200-hour certification in 2021 and has experience working with students of all ages, experience levels, and physical abilities.

Her classes focus on functional movement, mobility, and recovery, helping students build strength, improve body awareness, and move with greater confidence. With a trauma-informed approach, Emma creates a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and focus on what their body needs that day—whether that means improving flexibility and mobility, relieving tension, supporting athletic performance, or simply taking time to reset.

Emma also currently trains Jiu-Jitsu, giving her firsthand understanding of the physical demands of training and the importance of mobility, recovery, and sustainable movement for martial artists.

A lifelong student herself, Emma continues to expand her knowledge and bring practical, accessible techniques into her classes that support long-term movement and overall well-being.

Emma is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
