Build strength, improve mobility, release tension, and give your body the recovery it needs with Yoga classes right here in Boulder.
Our Yoga classes blend Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin-inspired practices to create a balanced experience that combines movement, strength, mobility, breath, and recovery.
Whether you train Jiu-Jitsu, practice another sport, or simply want to feel stronger and more comfortable in your body, no previous Yoga or Jiu-Jitsu experience is necessary.
All levels are welcome.

Yoga isn't just about being flexible.
Our classes are designed to help you develop better movement, balance, strength, mobility, body awareness, and breath control while giving your body time to slow down and recover.
Each class combines active movement with slower, longer-held positions, creating a practice that can challenge your body while also helping you release tension and reset.
You'll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and more connected to how your body moves.

You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to be athletic.
And you definitely don't need to know anything about Yoga before walking through the door.
Our classes are designed to be accessible to different ages, experience levels, and physical abilities. Modifications are available so you can work at your own pace and choose the version of each movement that feels appropriate for your body.
The goal isn't to perform the perfect pose.
It's to move better, understand your body, and build a practice you can sustain.

Jiu-Jitsu asks a lot from your body.
Hips, shoulders, back, neck, and legs are constantly working through unusual positions while you push, pull, frame, bridge, rotate, and move against resistance.
Yoga gives you an opportunity to work on something different.
Improve mobility. Develop body awareness. Explore your range of motion. Control your breathing. And spend dedicated time taking care of your body between training sessions.
Our Yoga program was designed with the physical demands of Jiu-Jitsu in mind, making it an excellent complement to your time on the mats.
And if you don't train Jiu-Jitsu? That's completely fine.
These classes are open to anyone looking for a welcoming, practical Yoga practice in Boulder.

Flow through sequences that connect movement and breath while developing strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Vinyasa brings the more dynamic side of the practice and helps prepare the body to move efficiently and intentionally.

Slow things down and spend more time developing individual postures, alignment, stability, mobility, and controlled movement.
Hatha gives you the opportunity to understand each position and build a stronger foundation for your practice.

Finish with slower, longer-held postures designed to create space for relaxation, flexibility, and recovery.
This quieter portion of class provides a counterbalance to more intense physical activity and gives you an opportunity to slow your breathing, release tension, and reset.
